"Hôtel très sympathique et facile pour les voyageurs. Une très belle chambre et les voitures garées devant. Seul bémol, l'emplacement de la climatisation et l'avancée du toit qui se trouve dans la chambre créent un circuit qui fait que l'air chaud ne tourne que dans une partie de la chambre et pas sur le lit. "The welcome and check in was excellent. The room was great and is the best Hotel bed I have ever slept in 5***** superb. We booked for dinner and on arrival shown to out table. We were presented with a QR code to use!? Being technophobes I asked to order and pay for food in the normal way - I was simply handed a itablet - no instruction and no-one attended us again so after 30 mins we left and used a restaurant along the street. Not very happy about this, there appeared to be only 2 people...

"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"Just stayed for one night as travelling from UK to the Alps and used this as a stop. Hotel is in a great position to just walk to local amenities. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Although parking is not in the hotel itself, there is a good public car park literally 20 yards from the entrance to the hotel. Parking overnight is free from 1900-0800 and a couple of hours either side was only about 3 euros so inexpensive. "
