The room cleaning was inconsistent, and we were not told when we checked in that they only clean if you request it. The bed is on a platform one step up so you had to be careful not to trip at night. "Great stay, very cool hotel. There is however a $45/day parking charge which is a bit of a bait and switch when the hotel is $200/night. It’s especially concerning as there’s some cheaper lots around the hotel, my friend and I later discovered. That aside, the hotel is very pretty and the rooms are great. Very nice lobby, and the location is pretty convenient with the metro and downtown LA. Will probably stay again if the parking situation improves."

"The hotel itself was amazing. My friends and I had a great stay and the concierge was really nice and helpful. But BEWARE! The area around this hotel felt very unsafe and was unsanitary. The parking most of all was atrocious, that word doesn’t even describe how bad it was. We had to pay $15 every time we decided to leave and an extra $15 when we stayed past 6am.
