"I had a fantastic experience staying at this accomodation! It was spotless and located in a great, safe area, which made exploring Los Angeles so convenient. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to assist with a special query we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered, and I would definitely return if we visit Los Angeles again. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel itself was amazing. My friends and I had a great stay and the concierge was really nice and helpful. But BEWARE! The area around this hotel felt very unsafe and was unsanitary. The parking most of all was atrocious, that word doesn’t even describe how bad it was. We had to pay $15 every time we decided to leave and an extra $15 when we stayed past 6am. The parking lot was so dingy and sketchy. Definitely not for sole female travelers. My friends and I had to check every corner before...

"I stayed in a female quad room and was pleasantly surprised that there was a bathroom in our room. My bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated being told at check in that I could ask for additional blankets. I loved the tall windows and the view. My quad companions were very quiet. I also appreciated having access to the lounge- the hot water to make my own coffee at any time. The environment in the lobby was inviting and comfortable. There were numerous restaurants, cvs, and grocery stores nearby. I am an experienced hostel vistiter so I have many to compare this to. I am impressed."

Rooftop service underwhelming

"Check-in to the hotel was nice and friendly. The service at the rooftop bar was less than enjoyable as we had to go to the bar to order & our food came out in a cardboard box with no plates and silver or napkins ! Definitely not what a guest at a 4 star hotel expects! "
