"The staff was so dedicated to you thoroughly enjoying your visit and they were so friendly that it has been decided that this will be our permanent getaway! The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, the grounds were kept immaculate daily. I have really to find a down side but failed miserably and I am so happy about that! Worth the trip!!"

"Due to all places of interest being approximately the max 20 minutes away from Hotel. My wife and I did not spend too much time at the resort. However it was good to know that if we did not like the food outside the resort we always had that as backup if needed. Overall experience was great. Note there are no irons to iron your clothes in the room. You will have to request it from guest services. "

"Our room was downgraded when we arrived without any compensation, after paying for ocean view room for our entire stay. We were given a room with no view for the first three days because they said there were no ocean view rooms available. We only got our ocean view room after three days. This was very disappointing and inconvenient."

"The property was gorgeous with direct access to the beach. There were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available and the wait staff took care of us. The two pools are nearby for the times we just wanted a fresh water cool off. The rooms were very nice with daily service provided. "Everything was just top of the world great. If you never left the compound, you wouldn't know you were on a desert island. The palm trees and flowers will make you believe you are someplace else. The rooms are fabulous, poolside bar, pool with some privacy. Limited occupancy leaves you plenty of room when you just want to hangout. Access to restaurants and other amenities with the resort across the road which has a beach. There's a golf cart shuttle to get you there and back. "

"This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two security’s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean."
