"Excellent service and the treatment of ALL the staff as well. Comfortable and clean rooms. So much so that we visited Asheville & Washington DC with the family for 2 weeks and stayed here twice again. Free breakfast and airport shuttle service. Hay personal que habla español. They have people speaking spanish too. There is a Wendy's super close, less than a two minute walk.Tks you for everything."

"Bear in mind this is a motel and the doors are on the outside of the building. There are NO pictures on Expedia of this and I found out when I looked up the building on google maps on my way there. Other than that, Raleigh is unbelievably expensive to stay overnight in hotels or motels so the price was not too bad but still overpriced which I’m sure is just due to being in Raleigh. "My daughter and her roommate were to stay here before flying out of Charlotte. The hotel have no toilet paper or towels. Trash cans are overflowing - literally bags of trash stacked up. There may be some construction impacting this, but the hotel condition at this time is completely unacceptable. They did indicate that the room would be refunded since they were not staying. I expect that will haappen."
