"We really liked how friendly everyone was and how safe we felt. Also it provided whatever you were looking for, if you wanted to relax or if you wanted to party and listen to music. The food was really good and there were many options. We will be back."

And if you are an older single female, service is not quite as good and I am paying more for a single room. Was still a nice resort to spend a week on the beach."

"There are 4 beaches to choose from so you can change your view from day to day . The buffet was very good . The staff were so nice . The property is a little old and is showing in the rooms a bit. You arent really walkable to anything but there are always taxis available . We enjoyed our stay ."

"We had a beautiful view of the ocean. All of the staff were above average. Thankyou Gregorio for your excellent beach service! Hotel is older now but the location is excellent. Paradise Plaza Mall - 5 minute walk Flea Market across the street on Tuesdays Massage on the beach - 1 minute walk Shopping hut on the beach - 1 minute Walking on the beach goes on forever. Food good. Overall 4.3/5"

" Mariela made our trip! She always has a smile and provided outstanding service at breakfast and at the pool! I would highly recommend this property. The street noise can at times be a bit much but the staff and cleanliness make up for it . Gracias!"

"The location was perfect. Close to the airport but you didn’t feel like you were in a city either. Everything was easy to walk to and the beach was great! The staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time!"

"We liked the property and the staff. We enjoyed the buffets which were different every night. Loved the food but not the wine selection. Enjoyed the shows at 9 every night. The only downside was we had requested a room with 2 beds and we could not get one. They did upgrade us to a higher floor with a partial oceanview but my sister and I had to sleep in the same bed for 4 nights."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I have a fiesta club and it was absolutely amazing. The happy hour was phenomenal every single day. I thought the food options were solid if you manage your expectations. The seafood restaurant was probably the best on site. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the Mexican was the best. The green juice was fabulous. The staff was also very friendly and at tentative. I definitely would stay at this property again."

"We had a great experience. The location for an all inclusive is fantastic, within walking distance to the malecon and lots of local culture - a great choice if you want the all inclusive but have the city still be accessible. The food was quite good, albeit somewhat limited by the resort being a little small. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and nice beach. It gets a little sleepy after 8 pm as the pool closes and there is usually 1 music act with not a ton of seating, but at least the...

"Beautiful hotel and grounds . We loved everything about the resort and the staff were amazing! Resort could use some entertainment though , but a quick ride into Zihuatanejo to enjoy music and the pier is what we did . We will definitely return . A lot of walking and stairs , would be an issue for those needing accessibility’s ."
