Jada (not sure I spelled it correctly) was especially warm and welcoming at the breakfast. She sang as she worked and made the best cappuccino. She was so accommodating and attentive. Best employee ever!

Elegant, clean and very convenient to the beat of Zürich. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Lisa gave us a walking map and made great suggestions. This hotel also can provide tickets to the train and Opera. Close to the lake and train stations. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasant stay with everything available that is required for a solo traveler. The location was perfect and just a street away from the lake. It felt safe to walk back at night. The only thing missing was sufficient fans or air conditioning in the summer.

Wonderful property, amazing staff. It was absolutely perfect! Traveling with a small dog as well. Close to all of the sites and easy access in and out of old center. Will definitely stay here again.
