"I have stay at Green Deer Premium with 2 teenage daughters. We were mesmerised by the quality and professionalism the property and the owners offer. The property is located about 5min walk to the National Tatrzanski Park in a quiet,green area not spoilt by traffic yet close enough to convenient stores and fantastic restaurants. "In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."

"The best veiws, clean ,warm located just next to ski slopes. Loads of places to eat in walking distance . Supermarket 5 mins away ."

"We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. "A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town."

"I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!"

"POSITIVES: - the view made my stay - room was spacious - best breakfast I've had in the past 2.5 weeks (CR & POL) in terms of selection. - friendly, accommodating staff - removed from city centre, so outdoor surroundings peaceful - towel warming rack - elevator - good value NEGATIVES: - wifi is atrocious, not just in the room but had difficulty at front desk as well - if you only speak English, you will encounter some language barriers. - this is about a 25-min walk from main station and the last 10 minutes is all uphill. There is no bus passing by. - great tv options...if you speak Polish. - walls are paper thin--be prepared to hear the guy next door snoring - no refrigerator Despite all these negatives, I still really enjoyed my stay and would have gladly stayed a 2nd night if they had a room free. "
