"Property is very secure. The staff was friendly. You can sit in the roof top hot tub and take in spectacular views of the city. The breakfast buffet was huge and everything we tried was delicious. The only disappointing thing during our stay was our meal from the restaurant in the lobby. The boneless wings had a weird coating, but were decent tasting. The pepperoni pizza and cheesecake were not good at all. The creme brule was the star of the show. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Guatemala City, we would just wander out for dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Amazing property. Plenty of parking, easy access. It is a bit noisy from the street noise but nothing to be concerned with. Rooms were extremely clean, housekeeping was done daily and they did a great job. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Would recommend it to anyone. "
