When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. "While a little "worn around the edges", this hotel is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed comfort is very good. We discovered a good bistro down the road - the midi-minuit - which actually closes at 10:30 (bizarre given the name). Looked at Georges bistro but was overcrowded and too noisy. If you arrive late, parking is free in the street. "
