Premier Hotel Cabin Zimbabwe

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, all within the room, in addition to an iron. Rooms were decorated in a modern manner, whilst the bathroom had a powerful shower. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay, but we did feel that it would be helpful to have a "information guide" in the room or at reception, listing taxi whatsapp numbers. On our first night, we asked the guard, and he didn't know how to call us a taxi, meaning he had to call the owner to assist and we had a delay in going to dinner. This felt something basic that could've been provided. In addition, we struggled with drinking water. 2 small bottles were placed in the room everyday, but one evening, we ran out and was dehydrated. When asking the guard, they managed to find us a small bottle, but it seemed a bit odd that they sell wine/beer at reception, but do not have water available to buy should you need more. Two easy fixes, which would've made our stay even more enjoyable and smooth, but we still would recommend."

"A new-ish hotel just outside town that exceeded expectations. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. The rooms are large, very comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant and bar have smaller menus (could be since it was not busy while we were visiting) but everything was well prepared, looked good and was delicious. We had a great 3-night stay and highly recommend. "

"Great hotel with nice rooms and grounds. Grounds are surrrounded by a high wall and automatic gate for which the hotel gives you a remote to get in after-hours, to protect from widlife so you feel very safe walking the grounds at night. Staff are accomidating and nice. Only fault was the firmness of the bed. But would asolutely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The room was far above expectations. Spacious rooms, large balcony and huge luxurious bathroom. Bar area was right by the river with incredible views. Outdoor dining in beautiful grounds. Lovely. "

"Bhejane became our home away from home. From Sherlyn picking us up at the airport to Tsongie helping us with your planning to the gentleman who does the breakfast to Charmaine at the front desk -- they all made us feel special and welcome. The hotel is walking distance to town and the grocery store for fruits and vegetables. AC worked fine. Pool was very refreshing. It's not fancy but it's fine and a great value. We came back twice after going on multi day safaris. And we would come back to Room 5 in the future!"

"Entering this guest house, we felt taken well care of. Calm athmosphere. Good safety. Small, sweet pool area with garden, well kept. Friendly staff, small but good restaurant. We had our own car, parked inside. (But taxi would also work)"
