"This hotel was super clean and located right in the heart of the action: near the shops and night market. The staff was very nice and helped us call for a cab to the airport and communicated to the driver for us. They had coffee and breakfast. Our room had a tech toilet with a bidet and a very nice shower. I was impressed and would stay there again if ever in Keelung. "

"It is a few minutes walk from the south exit of the Keelung train station. Walk along the seaside, when you see the Harbor Plaza sign, cross the road via the zebra crossing and the hotel is around the corner. Overall it is a good stay and we have a king size bed which is comfortable. A few blocks away has lot of street food."

"We love our stay at this place! It’s right in the heart of Jiufen. Living here for days gave us an authentic taste of what it is like to live in the Taiwanese mountains. The second floor view is absolutely spectacular. Top of the mountain unobstructed view where we can see the harbors and northern ocean. Loving waking up to see this view everyday! The place is also clean and quiet. Location is excellent, go up the stairs you are immediately in the Jiufen old street where all the actions are....

"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. "It was my first time visiting Taiwan and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to me so I thought to take their advice, and easily it was the best decision! Very easily accessible and when I arrived at check-in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, one of the receptionists (I'm sorry I can't quite remember her name) was very kind to escort me to the elevators and give me a brief explanation of the hotel's facilities and especially the Spa on the top floor that was great to use on my last night! Wonderful stay with excellent and friendly staff!"
