Lovely property with great staff. The rooms are gorgeous, traditional design. The only negatives being some of the rotting woodwork, such as the sunbed boats, and railing round the main restaurant. Whilst there has been a general lack of upkeep there, Santhiya is still a lovely property for peace and quiet and id recommend it !

Amazing place to stay. It’s a little far if you’re trying to visit around Phangan but with such an amazing resort and service. You find yourself not wanting to leave. The staff go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellant service but I think our villa (hideaway with pool) will need some maintenance in the near future. Pool was clean and room was big. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible customer service and zero flexibility. Couldn’t reach the hotel due to canceled flights from bad weather, yet they refused any refund or partial compensation. No use of room, resources, or breakfast—still charged full price. Extremely disappointing experience!

Peaceful, great if you like put the way but a lovely local village. Hired a bike to dip Our toe into the rest of the island. Brilliant service, stunning accommodation and resort. Loved the whole experience

Stunningly beautiful resort in the rainforest. We had a pool room in hotel 4 which was unbelievable. Staff is 10/10, breakfast buffet is amazing and there are many restaurant in the resort to enjoy. Will be returning and absolutely recommend.

Private villa of your dreams!
Wonderful Villa Plus with private swimming pool, like in a dream! Overlooking the bay, great unobstructed view and very large, surrounded by nature. Breakfasts are great and full of choice. Staff is full of smiles and so helpful. We loved it!
