A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. Very convenient when for commute within Taipei or to the outskirts like Tamsui n Beitou hot spring area. Excellent dining n shopping opportunities near Zhongshan mrt station. Lots of cafes n restaurants serving various crusines. There r underground arcade, local boutiques, 2nd hand stores n many more. Surprised by some larger restaurants that don't...
