The shower definitely needs a repair since shower head was broken and water splashed out over the curtain and flooding the floor. Location is great, close to everything! In the evening the lightning was a bit disturbing when sitting on the balcony as the lights circulate in a loop around the facade making it very bright a few seconds and darker (better) the next seconds.
