"New build, staff was friendly, everything was new and fresh. Downside with housekeeping on their scheduled day in that they failed to make the beds. Downside with bathroom design - why are showers designed with a showerhead installed for a 6’5” man. Women can’t reach the showerhead to adjust it!! Please add an extender!"

"Only one complaint and its no fault of the hotel, but the SH 46 and IH-35 where the hotel is located is a traffic nightmare. Nice property otherwise"

"No complaints really. Located just off the I-35 access road. The traffic gets busy at times exiting the hotel. Room was clean but the bed was to hard for my liking. The breakfast was good and the weekend server was awesome. She was very attentive and would get you anything you needed. We stayed there 3 nights "

"My teenage daughter and I stayed here as a halfway point to visit the University of Texas San Antonio. The hotel is near several others that are similar and off a frontage road. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was just fine. The only gripe is that the elevator is sort of down a hallway about 10 feet deep and it's very hard to get luggage in and out. My daughter who is a luggage champ found herself griping. It certainly was not a deal breaker and we'd stay again no problem."
