The hotel is half way through a refurb so reception and breakfast are in a portacabin. We booked in for 2 nights but the the keycard failed after 24hrs, the aircon didn't work on the second evening either, breakfast was missing basic items like butter

Odd double room
Having visited F1 hotels on a number times, we were surprised by the type of room allocated to us. The double bed was in the corner, thus having to climb over the other person if you need to get out of bed, secondly the coat hangers consisted of two pin brackets with very limited storage capacity.

Dommage que la chambre et la salle de bain était pas nettoyée. Le petit déjeuner est trop cher pour dire qu'il n'y a pas de lait dans le café au lait et pas de jus d'orange dans le distributeur. Plus de pain... Bref . Ça pourrait etre bien mieux avec du sérieux.

On étaient juste de passage sur moulins pour une nuit. On a très bien dormi pas un bruit. Chambre petite. Le tuyau de la douche cassé. Petit dej cher pour si peu de choix. Le personnel ça va .

Bien que l'établissement soit relativement moderne, les chambres sont si petites, qu'il est impossible de faire le tour du lit. Pas de table ou de bureau pour travailler, pas de possibilité de poser un sac ou une valise. Rien dans cette chambre n'est adapté, à un hébergement de qualité.

Très mauvaise gestion
Le séjour n'a pas été catastrophique, mais assez pénible. Il semble que le système de réservation ai été défaillant.. Les réservations enregistrées mais non effectives. si bien que nous n'avons pu avoir une chambre à lit double comme réservé. Un grand nombre d'autres réservations étaient inexistantes, ou en double. l'accueil en fut perturbé, 3/4 d'heure d'attente, un grand nombre de clients n'ont pas pu être hébergés et sont partis à la recherche très tard dans la soirée. Le lendemain matin le petit déjeuner n'était pas approvisionné, si bien que nous sommes dans l'attente de son remboursement. Dans de telles conditions le personnel était dépassé et démunis.
