"Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward....

"There are not many shops or restaurants around but that is offset by the way access to mitsumata ropeway across the road. So be prepared and bring some food from Yuzawa if you travel by bus."

"食事などはボリュームもありとても満足しています。しかし暖房器具が合わなくて苦労しました。暖房を使うと喉が痛くなってしまい暖房を使わないまま寝たこと。家族連れの子供が終始騒いでおり残念ながら夜も朝もうるさかったこと。これはホテル側の問題ではないので難しいところです。暖房器具は部屋に備え付けのものを使うと喉がやられてしまい咳き込んでしまいました。"

"Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty. "

"一人で泊まったのですが一番よかったのは雰囲気、空気感です。心がとても和みました。食事も生ビールもとても美味しくいただきました。お酒のレパートリーもよかったです。施設も清潔に使いやすく工夫されていました。宿のスタッフが非常に親切でした。シャワーのみでお風呂はないのですが、歩いて4分くらいのところの日帰り温泉のサービス券とタオルのサービスで十分すぎると思いました。スキーオフシーズンにワーケーションで訪れてもよいと思いました。ただ、1点、4月だったのですが夜とても寒かったです。角部屋だったことやもともと寒がりということもありますが… 暖房設備や寝具などが充実しているともっとよいと思いました。カフェ&バーの暖炉はとても暖かかったです。 "

"Top Notch facility. Excellent buffet, in which they came up with innovated ways and controls due to the COVID situation. Staff eager to help with anything. Location was nice as it was right on the river. Plan to go back during the Spring or early summer as scenery is spectacular."
