The hotel primarily caters to Japanese clients and the staff can only speak limited English. "The staff are extremely helpful. They help us make arrangements for the bus interchange and transport from the hotel to the interchange (with their vehicle). I was late for breakfast but they kept it open. The room is excellent value and its lovely looking out over the river. The sound of the running water is beautiful."

"急遽思い立って、帰省のために利用しました。 口コミでも設備やきれいさについて、良いコメントが多かったので、安心して予約でき、宿泊できました。 チェックイン時には暖房がちょうどよく効いており、気密性も高いので、寒い伊佐の冬も暖かく過ごせました。 ただ、2連泊でしたが、2日目に配管が臭い、ちょっと不愉快でした。また、部屋の電灯の明るさ調整ができず、真っ暗では寝られない性分の私には、ちょっと残念でしたが、都会のビジネスホテルより広く、新しくて設備なども使いやすくキレイなので、満足度は高めです。 "
