"We (2A,2C) stayed here for 7 nights. Got a room with a view of Tokyo Skytree and it was lovely to see it change colours every night. The room felt a little small but that’s because we had 4 pieces of large-ish luggage and 2 cabin sized luggage. The room could do with more lights as the room was a bit dark at night. Check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, staff were helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel. Food was decent but the spread was limited. No real complains though. The airport bus from Haneda drops off passengers here. You can also board the airport bus to Haneda or Narita from here but the last bus is in the afternoon. Very conveniently located. There are shopping malls and many residences and restaurants nearby. A short walk away is a park with a playground and is very popular with young families on weekends and public holidays. However it may be a bit of distance or switching of trains if you’re going to all the tourist spots. We did enjoy the area a lot as we had 2 young children and finding food, shopping and playground in one convenient location was a big plus for us. There are no DIY laundry facilities in the hotel but there are 3 DIY laundromats within 7min walking distance of the hotel. You can ask the hotel for a map in English. "

"Older, but clean and a really convenient transit hotel. I stayed three nights due to delays / cancellations but found the shuttle bus to Narita town and station really useful, Narita is well worth exploring on foot and it’s easy to jump on the Narita Express back in to Tokyo and Shinjuku for more exploring. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. If there are “differences” from what I’m used too, no coffee in the rooms, there’s a fee payable to use the gym / pool, and despite what Google Maps says, you can’t walk there from Terminal 2 and 3. Recommended though. "

"We enjoyed our first trip to Tokyo and stay at TB Shiomi Prince Hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great lo lcation!!! Our only regret is we only stayed for couple of days. I will definitely go back to Japan!!! 🇯🇵 "

"Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. The service and staff were amazing (all of them) but I would like to mention Kuradu and Yodashi for being helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank Onami who was so considerate and patient with us during our check out since we haven't received the Airporter reference number yet, she gladly kept our luggage and advised us to just give it to her any or any of the staff when we recieve it or call them for the number if we have already reached our next hotel for our luggage transfer. Good thing we got it 2 hours later, while we were eating after checkout. It was an amazing experience for us in this hotel, they provide free unlimited welcome drinks and nibbles (mostly sweets) daily, would be nice if they replenish them especially at night when all the crowds are back from sightseeing. You can also get toiletries if you need them from the lobby. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was also a great service as you don't have to worry about going by train early in the morning and late at night. We will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo Bay. Note: Washing machine is in the lobby, make sure you do your washing very early in the morning when there is less people or while they are sight seeing otherwise, you will have to compete with everyone that stays in that hotel as they only have 6 washers and 6 dryers. "The room we stayed in was a decent size we were able to open two big luggage’s on the floor at the same time and still have space to walk around. Staff are friendly and there is a family mart in the hotel which is nice. The main room area was well kept and clean, however in the bathroom there was a little bit of grim in the sink and in some corners. Not a complete turn off if you are only staying here for a night or two like we did. They have airport transfer which is free and it runs about ever 30mins. There is an onsen as well which is nice. Overall I would recommend staying here if you plan on staying closer to Narita the night before your flight. "

"If we ever make it back to Japan one day I’d definitely stay at this hotel. The price extremely reasonable the staff were so nice, the property very clean and the room was beautiful. Stay here if you’re looking for a quiet area!"
