"It was a good place to stay, modern look and very clean with more than sufficient room amenities. However when I attempted to register online as a member I had problems with password. Staff assisted to register me, however still had problems. Next day system displayed server error. Highly recommended if location is not an issue. "

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars, I would. It was the best stay of my two-week trip, and I’ll gladly return on my next visit. The property is immaculate, with top-notch service that’s attentive but never intrusive. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are nearly silent, and having so many dining and transportation options—plus a spa—right at your fingertips is a huge plus. Next time, I’ll skip the Tokyo Metro and book a bus tour directly from the garden. The shopping options are endless, and being right at the airport makes everything incredibly convenient. My only minor complaint is the limited size options for house clothes, and a yukata would be a nice touch—perhaps available in the premier rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will be telling everyone I know to stay here."

"It was great location . The restaurant and bar close @11pm. I hope they are open little longer. I stayed two nights at the hotel and It was closed both night when I back to hotel after dinner. "

"Stayed for 23 Nights During Winter Used this 4 star Hotel as my staging ground for my Country of Japan Tour. Nice newer hotel with unlimited hot water quite the amenity in the Tokyo Winter. Right next to a train station that can connect you to major Shinkansen Trains and all of Tokyo Transit System. Loved It ! Highly Recommended Hotel."

"Nice airport hotel for arriving on a late flight to Haneda or for an early flight the next day. There’s free airport shuttle but even if you don’t use it, the local train station is very closed by. "
