"We are in Tokyo for our cruise trip. Room is nice, clean, tidy and has all the necessities amenities. Staffs are polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Able to put the luggage before and after so we can go out to explore Tokyo. Hotel has shuttle service to the airport but we didn’t use it since we go to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be staying again. "

"My room was all digitalized, we opened the door, the window drape was automatically drawn up and the sun light came in and the impressive view of Yokohama from 60th floor appeared. The amenities were very high grade. It is too bad that I stayed only one night. Staffs were polite and professional, but lack on friendly smiles IMO."

"Since this was my first trip to Japan, I strove to get the lay of the land by staying close to the airport until I could get my bearings. Also, after reading others’ reviews, I made a good choice. The property was close to the airport, which was a plus for me; after a long 14-hour plus an hour-long customs line, I just wanted to get to my room to shower, change, eat a little something, and rest. This hotel provided just that. The room provided all the comforts of home, from the bedding to the bathroom, along with a great view. The check-in process was convenient and easy. Of course, I thought I would struggle with the translation, but even that went well. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. I would stay at this location again before venturing to other areas of Japan by train, bus, or monorail."

"We had a bay view room which had giant panoramic windows. The price was great, the area is nice. There isnt too much to do but it was a nice relaxing slow paced area to be in the last few days of our trip. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large. "

"It was a quick stopped via HND, thus the hotel located withing walking distance to the airport is excellent and travel to central Tokyo is not far."
