"The staff was wonderful assisting us the morning we were supposed to depart. My wife ended up falling ill and the staff made it possible to move to a new room at a very low rate where she could stay until our departure time to Narita later in the afternoon. Those extra five hours of sleep really helped her get through the day and the long flight back to the US. Breakfast was good, room was quiet, but I will say the superior twins I would not recommend for more than one person per bed."
