"We stay for 5 nights and would’ve stayed forever! Beautiful, conveniently located property. Manuel gave a very informative tour of the flora and fauna on the property. By the first full day we had already seen 3 Collard Aracari toucans having a snack together, 1 Keel-billed toucan, a large troop of capuchin causing trouble in the trees less than 100 feet from our bungalow, and the troop of howlers that live on the property. "We stayed in the dome tent and it was amazing! We had a beautiful view when we woke up in the morning. There were showers and a mini fridge available too. The food at the ranch is amazing! The cook is wonderful. The jacuzi, pool, and animals were also a great add on to a wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful secluded property. Drive in requires patience with the road conditions, but isn’t bad. Restaurant on site is convenient because you don’t want to spend time driving in and out. Hiking on property was nice and the staff were very friendly! "

"This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"Villa el Tucan is a gem with impeccable service! Bijagua is a cute little village close to Rio Celeste with this new adorable lodge. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The cabins are cozy, clean, airy, and they even have screens on their windows and sliding glass door.
