"Room is clean and look new. Like the bath tub that can be filled up quickly within 3 mins. Like the warm water outdoor pools, there are many pools that can accommodate many at one time. The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen."

"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"The location is great for somewhere that you would like to do a getaway. The facilities are fantastic for both kids and adults who are into culture. If I must complain, it would be the fact that the estate is huge and car park is quite far from everything else."

"We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy! It's rare to find such thoughtful and caring service, and it made our departure so much easier. Highly recommend!"
