"We faced issues in the hotel with noisy room / dirty jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and after push they accomodated room change. Nevertheless we found ourselves in a room with no working tv the first night. Breakfast doesnt hzve toaster, you hzve to pay for your capuccino/drinks (or accept free aremnian coffee) The hotel refused any gesture / refund on the first night. They have accepted late check out last day. Overall experience have not been great and service would need strong improvement"
