The only thing that didn’t feel 4 star was: instant coffee in the rooms. This is a Turkish thing and is seen as convenient. As a westerner, I know a 4 star hotel would not have instant coffee. "The staff are amazingly helpful, they go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely. The only downside for us was the sewage smell from the bathroom at night but there are works going on and we assume this will be addressed. We would stay again without any hesitation. Highly recommend. Fantastic place, amazing people. "

"Overall, gold location, great breakfast, modern amenities, very convenient for bus to everywhere, staff is helpful. The only issue is the windows in our room were broken, couldnt be fixed right on the spot, luckily enough during the night there was less traffic and street noises. The price is very reasonable in the area as well! Highly recommended."

"Very clean and well decorated. No elevator, we had to carry our luggages to 4th floor. The GPS location shared on Expedia is wrong, so it took us a quite some trouble to find it. Use their address is more accurate on the map. Parking is hard in the area."

"Had to make a complaint due to dangerous stairs and my friend having a fall.We reported it to a girl who said she would advisecthe manager but nobody ever acknowledged the problem. 2 mornings the coffee machine wasnt working at breakfast. We expexted some kind of contact with the manager regarding the da getous stairs. "
