"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "

"Check in was good. We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. We asked if we can use the pool and gym as we had a later bus (less than 5 mins away, hence us booking this hotel) we were told yes of course but the pool was shut for the next...

"A newish hotel that is not too far from the old quarter in a quieter area with wider street and more local options so I highly recommend this and they gave me an extra soft mattress cover, which made this day so comfortable"

"I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi. "
