"We are a family of 5...with 3 young adult children so we were a little worried how we would cope altogether in one space. However, the design of the Grand Japanese room was excellent and accommodated all our needs. Staff were lovely also...and provided some great recommendations for places to eat nearby..."

"Really convenient, if you want to explore japan i think this is a good options since you can take the a bus directly to the airport either narita or haneda. Not to mention all the places to eat around the area. They also have an information desk (opens at around 11 i believe tho) for any questions you may have. I would come back but pay attention to what room you are getting, they can be small or super small."
