"Convenient location. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT. Couple of dining options nearby. Easy to check in and check out. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. Staff service is inconsistent though, some were friendly and some were unfriendly when we asked questions. Overall a good stay and value for money."

"We had a good time in Taipei and the hotel is fair good. 5 mins walk to mrt with lots of eateries nearby. The room is big enough as well as the bathroom.Bed is firm and nice. Pillows are too soft for my liking. Breakfast is good. Gym is decent. I would recommend for those who prefer to be near to shopping areas."

"I had a comfortable and pleasant stay for two days. I appreciate the staff's kindness and prompt responses. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall condition were excellent. (The only downside was a bit of mold in the shower due to humidity.) The 24-hour snack bar and laundry room were very useful during my trip. I would consider staying here again on my next trip. Thank you very much!"

"Things I liked: Sparkling water dispenser was nice, rooms were classy, table was large and spacious, beds were comfortable, rooms were quite high tech with touch screen controls (maybe even too high tech), wonderful balcony view, shower tub was useful for shower or bath/hot tub, welcome fruit was a nice touch, provided coffee and tea with electric kettle were great. Luggage storage wears helpful for further exploring the city on check out day. Things that could be better: Gym hours were limited and later access would have allowed me to use the facilities. The entrance was hard to find at first since I needed to exit the mall and reenter from outside."
