"Staff are available on site and through call/text but you can also go your whole stay without interacting with them if thats what you prefer. Shared kitchen/dining was nice and clean, easy access to building and room with a keycode so you don't have to worry about losing a room key. Very relaxing stay"

"Over all it was a great hotel & location, it was clean, comfortable beds & pillows, good breakfast buffet. We would stay again. We did have 2 complaints: 1- The front desk told me at Check in parking would be comped at Check out & they have us a map to the garage that even said on it that the front desk would give you voucher at Check out, at Check out they said that wasn't the case & we had to pay $75 for parking. This could've been an employee training issue but they should have comped it...
