"I love staying here at Christmas time. The decorations in the lobby are spectacular. This truly is a special place. Our room in the tower was beautiful. The bed is so comfortable and the drapes give you a perfect blackout for deep sleep. Breakfast in the cafe is nice. The pool on the 23rd floor is fantastic. Staff are welcoming and helpful. "

"This place was absolutely amazing from the time I arrived until the time we left! When we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The room was trendy and very roomy. Bed was comfortable and bedding was very nice! We enjoyed some cocktails at the bar outside the lobby and the bartender was very friendly and made us feel welcome. "Great shuttle service, took us to the 3rd Ward, picked us up at Maders German Restaurant. Took us back to Shaker's Cigar Bar and picked us back up. Learned that unfortunately, one of Jeffrey Dahmer's victims lost his life in room 507. We watch a lot of true crimes shows on TV, later checked out the 5th floor. "I love the old restored building. The building and inside are beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Location was great. Didn't like. No dish soap to wash my couple of dishes, not running a dishwasher for that. I love the old hotel feel and wouldn't want it to loose its character and charm with modern technology. But just a lamp or even a wall adaptors to accept USB/C charging cords. Decorated for Christmas was very nice. Will return"

"This stay was really great. The front desk lady Nina was exceptional! She was so nice and really went above and beyond for me. The room was very quite, clean and modern. They had an onsite security guard who was definitely active and doing a great job. The main issue i found with the hotel was getting into it. The parking is all in the back the entrance is off the street and there are no signs in the parking lot to show you where to go. "
