"Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with with a few shopping malls and many restaurants. The Christmas and New Year decoration in the area is fantastic. "

"The hotel shows signs of aging, but kudos to the team for excellent maintenance. The self-service laundry, located on level 5 alongside the gym and water cooler, has multiple washers and dryers, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, and I loved the free movies provided. The location is a bit far from the train station, and navigating the pedestrian sidewalks with luggage can be challenging, though this is not the hotel's fault. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!"

"The property is less than 3 miles from the airport. One perk was that they arranged taxi transport for you to go site seeing "

"The facilities are very rundown and the room is horribly old and even the bathroom door is missing and not replace. There is total no place to put the towel and noting to hang the towel or clothing when you taking show. Worst still is that there is no hot water for the shower during the cold winter for all the rooms I had booked for myself and my guests. Horrible!!!!"

"I stayed here for a week on a business trip. A fantastic time! I never left the hotel except to go the office. Very nice gym and sauna. Breakfast every morning was very good if sometimes busy. I will stay here on the next trip for sure. "
