"Cool look to rooms. Semi-privacy of bathroom is hip in design but not be great from everyone. Generous room size and huge bathtub. Breakfast is a sufficient mix of Western and Asian items. Staff is friendly and attentive and has a good level of English ability. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants and transportation, especially if you are traveling in the southern suburbs of Seoul. Not recommended as a base for a Seoul-focused trip, however."

"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. The cons is the front male office staff not good in English 😢 unable to communicate thru room phone. Also poor service: ask Hotel guest to go to front desk as he doesn't understand; other countries hotel will send the staff to the room to support guest."

"I just had a blepharoplasty my eyes are swollen, I’m still groggy & I am unable to see correctly. As a result to that, I cannot really see that well to write the review that I wanted to write. All I can write for now is that the entire staff are wonderful, everything was perfect. Send me another form within 3-4 days by then I should be able to see to write a fantastic review for this place , they deserve it. I will certainly come back here and I will also recommend this place"
