"The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Right upon check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms was great. The additional amenities for the Rasa Wing guests is well worth it if you're planning to enjoy the hotel throughout the day. They offer a complimentary tea hour, as well as a cocktail hour. It is around a 30-40 minute drive to George Town, so not that convenient if you're planning to visit the town often. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"If you stay here, you must book a sea view balcony room….the ocean view day and night is beautiful…since it’s on a public beach, you sometimes get firework show from the locals too. The bed is so comfortable and enough room to sleep three. We had minor problems with a clogged sink and a broken shampoo dispenser but that was quickly resolved once we notified housekeeping (A on the response and even tidied up our bed). "Room was ok the only problem is that as soon as I get there they tell me WiFi wasn’t working, after a shower I notice that the toilet was leaking from the pipe behind it and there was no hot water at all not that you need it but not everyone is comfortable taking cold showers, the worst was the guy at reception, the day before I told him I had to leave early in the morning he told me no problem, when I get there day after reception is closed and they had my deposit, I start banging on the door...
