"We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The staff were exceptional, I was always so happy to interact with them. Also the common space was really nice with lots of seating and plentiful washer/driers at a good price. There were also some good vending machines and a microwave which came in handy. The location was good and easy to get everywhere in Tokyo despite not necessarily being in a tourist hotspot"

"Enjoyed my stay at Tokyo Dome. Close to several train stops and was able to visit all areas of Tokyo. Lots of stores and food options as well as a 24 hour Don Quixote very close. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, water and toiletries were provided for my 11 day stay. Hotel also assisted with coordination taxi back to airport. Everyone I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommended this hotel. Starbucks and 711 is very close. Laundry on 7th floor was convenient too."

"The one thing that i noticed was that the carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. It don't go with the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel"

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"Convenient free bus to and from the airport. This hotel is a little bit old, but clean and comfortable. It has a convenience store( open 24 hours) where I bought easy dinner and some drink. (They have liquor too.) It was very convenient because I didn't have so much energy and appetite to go to a restaurant after a long flight. The room was a little small but enough for us, and the shower and the bed were very nice."
