"This property is excellent. It’s very convenient for transportation. We stayed at this hotel to go to DisneySea and it’s next to the train station to hop on and get off on the next stop for DisneySea. It’s quite accessible to many things. The room was very nice and the service is all excellent. However, the breakfast at Asuka was rather expensive and the food was ok for the price and the amount, but excellent service and a very friendly waiter."

"Very comfortable for short stays due to proximity to airport and transportation options. The check in and check out process is simple and efficient. The staff are very professional and helpful. The breakfast option is good and not the same every day. Kudos to the kitchen staff for providing for so many customers efficiently."

"Stayed in the beautiful suite and totally enjoyed it. Great quality linen, spacious shower (although it smelt a little stale) and lovely grounds. Enjoyed walking around the little garden and the hotel with a view of the greenery everywhere. Buffet food was great variety but just ok in taste. "

"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal Japanese-speaking ability. "

"We stayed here to visit Tokyo Disney and we really enjoyed the hotel. The resort buses take you to and from the parks and the subway station which is very convenient. Our room looked out on Space Mountain and the Disneyland Castle which was lit up at night! Breakfast was a buffet option which was fine. Overall a great hotel for Disney trips."

"Now it is the third time thay my partner and I stay in this hotel. Super convenient, free shuttle, breakfast included. All you can ask when you need to stay near Narita. Again, I will keep staying in this hotel whenever I need it. "
