"Pros: The hotel decorated the room and sent us a birthday cake after I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday. The room is comfortable, clean and new. Cons: The check-in service is super slow, which took us nearly half an hour. And I can't believe the staff opened the door without my permission when they brought the towels."

"The hotel provided simply the best wanton soup and crab dimplings we have ever had! All this in a 500 yr-old building with charming staff. Not too shabby."
