"It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it. The food was disgusting, the chefs obviously do not even know how to make the most simple salads (such as Garden or Caesar), not to say mushroom soup.
