Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. "The room that we had was amazing! It was very clean and has this cozy, upscale, and luxury vibe. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is in the city close to multiple malls and restaurants. This hotel is also close to tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I will definitely rebook with them when I get back to Beijing."

"I couldn't get any hot water to run when I tried to take a shower. Housekeeping had to come up to sort it out. It took running the water in the sink for quite a few minutes to get the hot water primed. "
