"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. "The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of convenience stores close by and small restaurants. There is even a coin laundry right across the street that has wash and fold service. Breakfast is included as well! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We love this motel the best compare to other 4 hotels in Taipei. Great free breakfast with Steak and Grilled fish and many variety and yummy food. Spacious with 3 beds, with windows and a garage. We ordered a room for 4 people, there is 2 showers, 2 bath and a bath tub which my son loves to play toys in it. Staffs are very friendly and sweet, fast check in and out, they helped me called Taxi to airport. I get there by public bus easily. Nearby has lots of restaurants which is right there or...

"The room was very spacious and had large/ wide windows so we had a gorgeous view of Taipe's night scale. My husband called Front Desk multiple times within the first hour we checked in the room. Each time they would respond quickly and personally appear at the door to help with my husband's issue/ concern. Highly recommend!"

"The room is very nice and very high class and staff is very nice but the property is in a strange industrial area. The outside of the property is not as well kept. I have my own garden, very good for the price but the garden needs to have mosquito maintenance. For the short moment I was in the garden, I got bit for over 10 times!!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"On the up side, the staff here are friendly and the rooms are spacious. On the flip side, the property has shown signs of wears and tears and 1 of the toilets had plumbing smell so we kept the door closed at all time during our 2 nights there. "

"It was my first time visiting Taiwan and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to me so I thought to take their advice, and easily it was the best decision! Very easily accessible and when I arrived at check-in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, one of the receptionists (I'm sorry I can't quite remember her name) was very kind to escort me to the elevators and give me a brief explanation of the hotel's facilities and especially the Spa on the top floor that was great to use on my last night! Wonderful stay with excellent and friendly staff!"

"We had fantastic and memorable time at Regent Taipei. The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! And Jasmine from Robin’s Grill, we had amazing meal (I highly recommend this place). From their amazing customer service, we will definitely come back this year! The room was amazing and neat as well! Thank you so much and Happy New Year! "
