"The hotel lobby was super tidy and clean, rooms are on above standard, another thing to mention is the special arrangement for my amendment of my journey, since because i have overbooked 1 night , the lady at the counter has sincerely arranged cancelation for the night and as well refunded to me. I felt she has carried an excellent of customer sevice and taking ownership to my trouble. A big thumbs up to her!"

"This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard.
