"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"The apartment had everything we were looking for and the hosts provided milk, butter, cereal and cookies to get you started. The floors creak, which could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper, but they didn’t bother us. We had issues being unfamiliar with how things in the apartment functioned, but the hosts responded to any questions immediately! The grocery store is a 5 min walk, and the city center is a 10-15 min walk. We walked to/from the train station, with luggage, with no problem....

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was another great experience. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good and easily catered for a coeliac, they even offered gluten-free waffles which was particularly impressive. Great location in the heart of the city and very easy to get around. Although there’s no parking on site, there is a public carpark at the end of the road which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bath."

"I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Hotel Indigo. The facilities were spotless, the amenities were excellent and the staff was superb. The breakfast was delicious, with an enormous amount of choices and the bar at Beau was the perfect place to have a drink after a busy day of sightseeing. We were walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The side road the hotel sits on was quiet, with charming church bells tolling every so often. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bath. "

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"
