"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning. "

"Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! "

"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered.
