Hurt myself n left belongs still no call back after trying to retrieve my belongings. Also came out to smoke filled Hallway hurt myself again trying to escape. No 1 even tried to knock on doors 2 alert us. "

"Property and staff were wonderful; shuttle service was not. When picked up at the airport I was greeted in a quite unfriendly manner by the driver. I then expressed my discomfort, and the driver refused to take me to the property. When the driver realized that I was calling the property, then he agreed to take me back in."
