"Pros & Cons - overall, a good place to stay. Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area...

"If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This is an absolutely beautiful and super clean flat. Jeremy was wonderful and super helpful. Cant wait to stay here again!"

"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Nice accommodation but a couple of issues need to be addressed. Communication was poor asked 3 times if late check out was available and didn’t get a response. In addition wrong entrance code was sent, we spent 20 minutes trying to get in."

"Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The property was full of character, very clean and in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Check in was very straightforward. Would highly recommend. "

This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "

"We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. "

"Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!"

"It is under renovation but still lovely, we had the castle outside our window and loved seeing the light projector display. Could watch the change of guard from our bedroom if we wished. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room had everything we needed. Perfect location. Parking garage under 1/3 mile walk mainly through traffic free high street - prepay online."
