"Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends."

"I gave comfort a 4 simply because I don't find soft pillows help me sleep - but when we stayed here before the housekeeper gave us firmer pillows when we asked. Overall a lovely stay and delicious breakfast. "

"Plenty of parking/ staff were pleasant and polite Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail Bathroom cleaning was below par TOLIET NOT CLEANED PROPERY DUST/DIRT FALSE FINGER NAILS ON FLOOR IN BATHROOM THE CLEANING STAFF OBVIOUSLY DIDNT CLEAN BEHIND BATHROOM DOOR / LEDGES AROUND THE ROOM WER DUSTY cARPETS COUKD DO WITH A VACCUM"

"It was very good value for money, bed was very comfortable, room very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It does need a little TLC in places but it’s a character property and the maintenance is probably endless. Breakfast was good. Location is brilliant, in the centre of Wimborne. And there was parking! "

"Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again."
