"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. "I have stayed at Kents Hill several times. It offers good clean comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices. On this occasion I noticed that the tv in the room had been updated which was a very nice touch and tbh a huge improvement. On site parking is plentiful. Everything that you need for a weekend stay in Milton Keynes. Highly recommended. "

"Easy to find, loads parking and food outlets as you'd expect at a service station. Actually very quiet in hotel considering how busy area was. Only thing would make it better would be net curtain at window as on ground floor..all other rooms had one just not ours. We didnt mention it, I'm sure it would have been sorted but were out all day so not a problem. Very pleasant stay over all... very reasonable cost and convenient for Cambridge. "
