"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences. "

"The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms overlook the street, which is cool, but be prepared for road noise at night, so bring earplugs. If you visit when it's hot outside, there isn't any AC, so you'll need...

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant served delicious food and this all made our first visit to Switzerland a memorable one. We will be back! "

"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. "What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town.
