"Check in was not prompt, because we arrived at dinner time and the concierge was working in the dining room. I think the hotel needs to add some part time staff. Our room was small but comfortable We had some pizza in their restaurant which was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful despite being stretched too thin. "

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"

"Property was in a beautiful location a little out of the way but was driving so wasn’t an issue. The lady on check in was very helpful and also kindly gifted us a drinks voucher for that evening. The room was massive, even had a sitting area, very clean, slightly dated but for what we paid found it very good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel."
